CRITERIA
|
If you would like Child Support In Illinois to consider your Deadbeat for free publication on our website, the following criteria must be met:
- You must be an active member of the Child Support In Illinois Yahoo Group for at least a month. (Join Here)
- You must complete an application. (Application Form)
- You must have an existing court order that orders the Deadbeat to pay child support and the Deadbeat Parent must be in arrears.
- You must willing to provide CSII with verification of payments received and arrearages.
- You must be willing to comply with CSII Custodial Parent Responsibilities regarding Deadbeat information if application is approved and your Deadbeat is posted.
If you are unwilling or unable to provide all of this information we will not be able post your Deadbeat.

CUSTODIAL PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES
|
- Custodial parent will remain a member of the CSII Yahoo Group as long as Deadbeat is posted.
- Custodial parent will immediately notify CSII when any payments are made or arreages are paid in full.
- Custodial parent will update CSII monthly to maintain Deadbeat arrearage accuracy.
If you are unwilling or unable to accept or maintain these responsibilities your Deadbeat will be removed from our site.
